Vows are very strong energy "holds" we place on ourselves, sometimes consciously and sometimes unknowingly, in many religious and intensely emotional contexts throughout our soul's history.

These vows are often made out of a sense of fear and a lack of trust in our own innate goodness.

Vows are strong promises or commitments established to restrict our future self from being able to act from a place of true authenticity and integrity, and forcing us to restrict our own future energy in order to maintain our limited concept of what "God wants" or what society expects.

Though there are positive forms of vows, most vows that our consciousness is now running are limiting and binding to our freedom to be fully available to our full spiritual potential.
