Almost every person I've ever worked with has asked me the questions: why am I so sensitive to other people's energies, and what can I do both to clear myself and to prevent myself from picking up these types of energies in the future?

The answer isn't really found in smudging more, asking the angels to protect you, visualizing white light, or any other such practice.

The only solution to excess psychic sensitivity is to work with Spirit to go into the subconscious mind and soul records, and to clear the programs, contracts, vows, and soul-level addictions that are causing you to attract certain discordant energies in the first place.

We've often made strong commitments, taken vows, and created soul programs throughout our soul's history to try to help people by taking on their discordant energy.  This strategy is ultimately rooted in fear and codependency, and in the belief that we need to weaken ourselves in order for other people to become strong.

These energies get cleared progressively, as your soul reveals them.  That's why we're doing 5 clearings this month with time in between each one--to allow your soul to reveal as much of this energy as possible, so together, we can work with Spirit to clear it for you permanently.
